The Mexican Mathematical Society is an association since its inception promotes mathematics in all its aspects : research , teaching , communication and interaction of mathematics with other sciences and with all human activities .

Today , the Society celebrates its 70 years of existence, doing a tribute to all those who laid the foundations of mathematics in Mexico and those who have continued this work over seven decades of uninterrupted work.

Phoenix Films was given the task of developing a video to celebrate these first 70 years of the Society.

We have the presence of the great Mexican brain in this matter, what we talked of the great achievements that have made ​​this company as well as future challenges .

The production of this video took place on location at CIDE , UNAM ( Institute of Mathematics ) and the majestic Palace of Mines .
